Virgin Cycle, Test E and Dbol

Ok starting my first ever cycle and will be logging it. Heres my cycle;

Dbol 30mg ED Week 1-4 (possibly will extend, will see how I go)
Test E 250mg twice weekly Week 1-10
Armidex EOD .25mg Week 1-10

PCT

HCG Week 2-10 250 iu EOD twice weekly
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 Week 12-16
Clomid 100/100/50/50 Week 12-16

I did my first inject Monday Nov 18 and 30mg Dbol.

Injecting was... something else. I hadnt really anticipated how nervous I would be until it came down to it. Followed all the protocols Ive read but when it was time to inject I kinda just stood there for a while lol. Anyway I sucked it up and pinned it into my right glute. Actually went it like nothing, no pain. Aspirating was a bitch, not even sure if I did that right but I didnt see any blood so I went ahead. Popped 30 mg dbol and hit the gym for legs day. Didnt feel too much. Decent workout but nothing beyond what I can do normally. Hit 120kg for 8 reps on my last set of squats.

Tues Nov19

Right glute is sore as all hell. Sitting hurts. Walking hurts. Actually had a couple people ask what was up, just said I bruised my ass playing sport. Lucky its not legs day today I would never be able to do it. Is this level of discomfort normal? Did 20mg dbol pre workout and 10mg after. Today was Chest day. Again feeling just ok in the gym. Bit tired if anything. Decent workout, hit 100kg for 5 reps on the bench on the last set. Was hoping to get more but no dice.

So far not feeling much of anything from the test e or dbol but I know its probably too early, was just hoping for some kind of sign something is going on.

Gonna rest today. Took my 30 mg dbol, still not feeling much. Waiting for this "euphoric" feeling Ive heard people describe, so far nada. Also gotta remember to take a pic tonight so Ive got before and afters. Right glute is a lot better but Im still glad its not a legs day today. Pain level is like that of a pretty serious bruise.

Well so far its a kind of a let down only because Ive built up so much anticipation for this cycle so I was sort expecting a bigger kickoff ha ha. But its only day 3 so I suppose I should just settle down.
 
use less clomid for longer.

run hcg to week 12 and start pct at week 13.

clomid:

50/50/25/25/25/12.5

nolva as written should be good.

i like to include some aromasin in PCT as well, 12.5 MWF works well.

that much clomid as you've planned will give mad sides studies have shown 25 mg clomid to bring LH up very high above normal, 50 is almost overkill, let alone 100.
 
Hmm ok I just took another look at the the First Cycle Sticky. This is what was recommend:

Clomid: Starting on the last day of The HCG.
Day 1: 150mg
Day 2-8: 100mg ED
Day 9-16: 50mg ED
Day 17-24: 50mg EOD

So just go with that?

Too much clomid for this cycle. Do the above with 100, 50, 25 25.

You can add another week of Nolva either 10 or 20.

I agree with weekend, 150 is excessive and will just make you feel shitty.

Wanted to check with you guys, is it normal to feel tired as all fuck? Yesterday and today I keep almost napping at work. I had to go to the bathroom and take a 10 min mini nap lol. I definitely had enough sleep last night, but feeling tired as hell today. Like Im pretty sure I could crash in 5 min if I had a bed. Hoping this is a temporary thing?

It took me a couple of weeks to "feel it" not so much "euphoric" feeling but a confidence that I could take on what ever life threw at me, which can be euphoric. I realize more now how good I felt now that I am off. :( I did get sleepy for a time also and I was on test only. I have heard that D-bol can give side effect of being lethargic also.
Enjoy the ride and eat everything in site even if you are not hungry.
Gotta feed the Beast.
 
Sounds like you got some pretty solid advice from gunrunner and weekend about your clomid dosage, no need to repeat what they've already said.

Good luck on your first cycle man, and enjoy the ride. Train hard and eat like a beast and you'll be happy with the results.

What are your stats? How long have you been training? Just curious.

No prob, 33 years old 5'8. Weight at start of cycle 78kg. Been training for athletics my whole life, but specifically for size and strength for the last 2.5 years since Ive accomplished what I wanted to in my given sport.

Ok Im definitely feeling better today, I had 3-4 cups of coffee this morning and 20mg Dbol. Hit the gym and felt pretty damn good, just had this feeling of being able to cruise through workout, I mean I wasnt holding back, but at the end of even my max sets just felt like I was ready to go almost instantly. In fact I felt bad for leaving the gym because I didnt feel like I had worked hard enough!

My glute is better but still damn sore, enough that Im not sure I will be able to deadlift tom but well see. Side note, I pinned 2ml on Monday because I only wanted to do one injection this week. Is it possible the bad PIP is from a combination of virgin muscle plus 2ml oil?

Final note, ok so I weighed myself at the gym. WTF. Ive gone from 78kg to 81.5kg?? Thats from Monday to Thursday, holy crap. I guess its all water weight but still! It does make me feel better coz I was beginning to wonder if this Dbol was doing anything but that pretty much confirms its legit right?

Looks like your dbol is starting to kick in a bit. I usually start to feel it's full effect around week two or so. You'll really be able to push yourself and you'll start to recover a lot faster.

The pip is probably from a combination of virgin muscle and the large injection amount. Try using a heating pad, it helps a little.

The weight is probably just water, but yeah your right it is a confidence booster. Sounds like your cycle is off to a good start man, keep it up. I'll be fallowing along to see how your cycle is going.

Ok not so great today, my glute is still bothering me a lot, its swollen and red. I would say its improved 20% in terms of pain but the redness and swelling showed up last night. Starting to get a bit paranoid that it may be an infection. I did my workout anyway but it wasnt that great since I have to work around this glute.

Have attached a pic here, what do you think? Time to go see the doc or wait it out a bit?
 
start your PCT 3 weeks after the last pin.

I usually don't even use clomid with nolva, but if you have it, no harm running it at 50mg, or even 25mg ED for the entire duration of PCT.

your PIP shouldnt be so bad, especially with test E. I bet you were nervous and moved the needle around quite a bit while it was in. :P

I would take the 30mg of dbol in divided doses throughout the day, not 20mg before workout and 10mg post workout. take it morning/afternoon/night. this achieves more stable blood levels.

your increase to 81+kg after a mere few days is a sure sign of water retention from aromatization of dbol. watch your blood pressure and your nipples carefully. your current AI may not cut it.

dbol takes a week ish to kick in, and test E takes around 3-4 weeks to kick in IME. don't forget to EAT!!!!!!!!!!!

Ehh.. Tap water isn't sterile, I wouldn't do it that way..

Fill the sink up with a little hot water and put the vial in a ziplock bag and submerge for a few minutes. Or I guess you could load the pin and put that in the ziplock bag.
 
Been a while since the last update since I had major problems with the first pin. Anyway I had to go to the doc and get on a course of antibiotics for an infection from the pin into my left glute. I think it must have been from sloppy technique keeping everything sterile. Good news is the infection is clearing up. I did my 2nd pin into my left delt on monday evening. This time I was extra careful about every step of the process. Made sure the needle never touched anything. Doused my whole delt and my hands with alcohol. Let it dry, then rubbed the injection site with medical grade alcohol pads. Inject went fine. Very mild soreness the last couple days but full range of movement and no worries doing my workouts.

Strength has definitely gone up. Hit 6 reps on 100kg for bench and 3 reps for 110kg, unassisted and bar down to chest, no cheating. Both those lifts were PRs for me so that was awesome. Im leaving legs out this week while the infection clears up, doc says I shouldn't irritate the area. So thats the only bummer, no deadlifts or squats this week, which are my 2 favorite lifts.

My weight continues to go up, yesterday was at 83kg for a gain of 5kg over 8 days so far!

But Im not complaining since the infection could have gone much worse if I hadnt caught it early. My lesson? Be super, super anal with keeping a sterile environment.
