Ok some updates, earlier this week I tried pinning my right ventroglute for the first time. Pretty nerve wracking as it took my forever to try and figure out where it was, and even then I was unsure. I identified the bulge that comes out of your hip when flexing and based on the pics and videos it seemed like the right area. Marked the area first then leaned my leg up on the bed and went straight in. Was really nervous because it just doesnt seem like a good spot. It actually was a difficult pin, it didnt go in as smooth as it does for my delts and glutes, but I persevered and stuck it all the way in and injected. So far it seems like it was a success. I had some pip but now, 3 days later it seems pretty ok already. Yesterday pinned my left delt for the 2nd time, it definitely seemed to go easier and today pip is much better than it was last week, delts might be my favorite place so far.
Did squats yesterday, decent sesh. Got a rep PR of 8 reps for 140kg. Would have increased the weight but the damned back pumps kicked in again. Hopefully the taurine will start working soon.
