Waist Size Loss

Hey All - seeming some advice here though I’ve already searched lots about the subject. I need for reduce my waist, I have a bit of the ‘pregnant bodybuilder’ look, partly due to some slope/curve in my spine. My waist diameter is just too wide, it throws off my proportions and I’m happy with the rest of my body.

I have a broad chest and wide shoulders. I’m always conscious of my stomach and even sucking it in for photos. In general I’m not the super vascular/shredded type. Body fat could be improved, diet is good, high protein, - zero fast food/pizza/desserts. A couple cheat meals per week - burgers typically.

I’ve been told do vacuums, which I had not been doing previously. Decrease carbs, especially close to bed. Up the cardio. I do some ab work in the gym, but heard it can even add more waist thickness. Unless I suck in, abs dont look very good. While everything else on my body I’m quite happy with. Frustration is setting in.

5’11 240lbs, 32 Years old. TRT year round/blast and cruise. Now near end of blast, on EQ and Mast. Been also on MK677 and a good GDA for my highest carb meal. No GH or Slin. Hate metformin.

Is the answer here simply more cardio? Something like an ECA stack, maybe with some T3? Reduce carbs further (makes me hungry)? Throwing this out there to see, if anyone has had a similar experience.

Fix this “curve in your spine.” I’m guessing your hips are tilted forward and your ass sticks out causing a deep curve in the base of your spine. This shouldn’t be dismissed. Put pants with a belt on and stand sideways at the mirror. If the front of your pants sit well below the rear this is an issue and it’ll impact more than just how you look.

Train your abs. You will not put on thickness in your waist you’ll notice and you’ll move in the right direction of fixing your imbalance/muscle laziness on opposite sides of your core.

The other major part of this is training yourself to keep abs activated. I could let my abs loose and have a beer gut look too. They shouldn’t be left that way.

And of course, diet. Both for bodyfat considerations and eating food that doesn’t bloat you. I’m eating 6000cals and just finished a 15lb+ cycle and my waist hasn’t grown at all.

Where your waist starts is genetic. But you can improve it.

You’re a wealth of knowledge bro

A couple things I've noticed to help anecdotally...

Conscious control of the waist throughout the day helps...breathe into your lungs not the gut if that makes sense...especially after meals.

Anandrol (and most orals) seem to irritate my gastric tract when used causing a bloated look...compounded with high water and food intake this exacerbates the situation.

Also...you said 2 cheat meals a week...im guilty of this myself and cheese is a huge culprit for bloating...maybe knock it down to one cheat...or none...
