Hey All - seeming some advice here though I’ve already searched lots about the subject. I need for reduce my waist, I have a bit of the ‘pregnant bodybuilder’ look, partly due to some slope/curve in my spine. My waist diameter is just too wide, it throws off my proportions and I’m happy with the rest of my body.
I have a broad chest and wide shoulders. I’m always conscious of my stomach and even sucking it in for photos. In general I’m not the super vascular/shredded type. Body fat could be improved, diet is good, high protein, - zero fast food/pizza/desserts. A couple cheat meals per week - burgers typically.
I’ve been told do vacuums, which I had not been doing previously. Decrease carbs, especially close to bed. Up the cardio. I do some ab work in the gym, but heard it can even add more waist thickness. Unless I suck in, abs dont look very good. While everything else on my body I’m quite happy with. Frustration is setting in.
5’11 240lbs, 32 Years old. TRT year round/blast and cruise. Now near end of blast, on EQ and Mast. Been also on MK677 and a good GDA for my highest carb meal. No GH or Slin. Hate metformin.
Is the answer here simply more cardio? Something like an ECA stack, maybe with some T3? Reduce carbs further (makes me hungry)? Throwing this out there to see, if anyone has had a similar experience.
