Water retention and mobility decrease?

I didn't see a TrT sub-forum, so hope this is in the correct place.

I saw a few other topics but didn't really get all my answers.

On trt doses of test c, and want to do a blast soon, how did you deal with water retention and larger extremities? Ankles, forearms, etc. Especially when gripping bars can really feel it in forearms. Ankles and calfs are huge. I take 100mg 2x a week. I want to try doing 150mg 3x a week soon, but I want this under control first.

I also take semaglutide and want to add in cjc1295, although haven't taken or started it yet.

Was curious how I can get some of thos damn water bloat and retention gone.

Also noticed shoulder rom is decreased, especially if im in a arm wrestling position and have to move it back like i am losing. Or placing my elbows at my hip and rotating arms to my back. Even a close grip on a bar is getting difficult. I'm not huge at all. 5'11 190. But yeah, definitely annoying.

Anyway, appreciate any help.

where is your estrogen at? Have you pulled bloodwork recently? and what is your bodyfat?
I just took bloodwork Thursday should have it soon and I'll know for sure. Last time it was under 5... bf probably high teens possibly low twenties. haven't had it measured precisely. Ill post my blood results once I get them back

Under 5 is very low. What AI are you taking? Are you doing any cardio? May sound strange but even 1-2 hiit cardio sessions can reduce multiple pounds of water. And where is your bodyfat at? Most people hold a lot more water at upwards of 18% bodyfat

Low estrogen in my experience has a negative effect on mobility and flexibility. If my estrogen is low I feel very tight and immobile.

Blasting also has a negative effect on my mobility.

The only time I really feel mobile and athletic is when I'm on a trt dose of test and nothing else.

Mobility is gonna be lost the bigger you get period. I have issues with just wiping my ass.

You shouldn't be retaining water in your ankles. That's a whole, completely different issue.

Masteron has helped me significantly in the water bloat arena.
