Weight: 198lbs/89.8kg/14.1stone (for you Aussies)
BF%: about 14ish% my calipers got broken so no accurate measurements

Each steroid used is familiar to me with 2 exceptions: halo I have never used, and I have ran TrenA instead of TrenE but am familiar with how ace affects me. (Worst I got was nightsweats and heartburn.)

Training will be using the Westside Barbell Conjugate System. I will utilize cardio days on my non-training days to maintain heart health and stay within my weight class.
