Ways to take chicken and rice up a level?

I eat chicken brown rice and broccoli w diced avocado twice a day.

anyone got some good sauces or ideas to go w this?
 
Beef 5x a day chicken or fish 1x a day for me.

I had chicken thighs last night.. first time I've had chicken in weeks. I should do more fish though. I used to do it once or twice a week but haven't recently. I was on a steak streak for a few months there a this summer.

With that said, I do like chicken curry a lot and you can make it pretty low calorie. Tikka masala is my favorite, korma is good also... Butter chicken is great but that's a cheat meal situation.

I was steak all through my bulk right now I am on a ground beef kick... cutting in new year will switch to ground turkey then... 8 dont have a ton to cut so will switch back to beef when I get to goal weight.
 
Bolthouse Farms yogurt ranch with Frank's red hot buffalo sauce. Buffalo ranch.

Other bolthouse dressings

Green enchilada sauce or roasted green salsa

G Hughes BBQ or honey mustard sauces

Combine chicken broth, chicken bullion, and a little corn starch to make a very low calorie gravy. Same with beef flavors. Add garlic, onion, whatever else you like

Make your own pseudo teriyaki with soy sauce, garlic, and Splenda

That's all I can think of right now
 
For the beef: its all about ease of cooking for me. Good ground beef and rice recipe? Or is there a better cut?

I used to do flank steak but its a pain in the ass to prep. Cutting and shit. I like chicken cause I just dump it in the oven at 425 and boom im eating for a week.

I did eye of round all summer long and switched back to ground
