Wasn’t long ago people scoffed at the idea of shortages of test powders. And here we are.

I asked one source about raws and she said it's not profitable to sell vs making into oils.

I asked if her products used raws from before the crackdown and she laughed saying "who has raw powder just lying around??".

So obviously on the ground there is a sense of scarcity. This was a few months back.
