So it is. I'm a little absent here from the forum and also from social media, but I can guarantee that, behind the scenes, we are working harder than ever! So much so that I would like to share with you these two excellent results achieved recently. This time, the championship was at an international level, with BR’s @rafa_sagat_ and @corleoneo representing us at NPC New England 2023, a championship whose special guest was none other than Jay Cutler!

Starting with @corleoneo, who has been with me for over a year and a half, we have already gone through several cut and bulk phases until we decided to test this competition. Jhonatan has always found it easy to add volume, but difficult to maintain good conditioning. Therefore, we had just over 4 months of cutting. And think about a painful cutting, where he no longer had anything to get calories from and where cardio was all he could do (more than 2 hours/day). For the championship level and because it was his debut, this test brought a more than positive result. Now, with the test done, the objective is to continue evolving and, consequently, seek the highest place on the podium. It's just a matter of time.
@rafa_sagat_ already scanned the medals and Overall's doll. His last championship was 2 years ago, at the same event. The previous time, he had been top 1 and top 3 in classic physique and bobybuilding, respectively. Since then, we can see that the two years off season were not in vain. Unlike Jhonatan, Rafa had a calmer preparation, as we had time to increase his calories again in the middle of his preparation and even eat more again in the week before the championship, as he was already in good shape. ready, just needing the manipulation of water, sodium and carbohydrates. Now, the idea is to enter the off season again, but this time in a championship fighting for the PRO Card!
I just have to thank you two, @rafa_sagat_ and @corleoneo, for trusting me all this time, something I know how much it means to you. Admiration not only for the results obtained, but, above all, for the discipline and focus they had throughout the entire process!
