Weak Chest

I cannot seem to get a good pump in my chest. I have naturally wide shoulders, and they always seem to take over on chest day. I have tried widening my grip but shoulders still seem to get the most out of my chest day. I 've been in the gym steady now for a year naturally, and can see a huge inmprovement in the rest of my upper body, but my chest just won't catch up. I am getting ready to go on and need some suggestions. Do I need to pre-fatigue my chest before I lift and if so, any suggestions on the best way to do so?
 
try incorporating 3/4reps while doing chest pumps r awesome ..........keeping the tension on ur chest..........................
