Wedos log with atlas physiques

@bolder @wedorecover i used to have the same mentality about losing size. Feeling like I was always chasing some type of bulk more than half my life. Because if otherwise all my size would diminish and muscle would just be nonexistent right? Shit I thought that way from years. Always dancing around the idea of getting cut fearing losing all this “hard earned muscle” and strength. Well beginning of 2017 I finally pulled the trigger and did a bit of a recomp for the year I guess you could say. Finally got “lean” and “shredded” and all this muscle I believe I had I really didn’t haha because I had never gone low enough in BF to see what I was actually working with and what needed to really improve and etc. It was a huge reality check for me. But getting to that point and building from that is a lot more enjoyable to be able to really watch what’s growing and changing throughout the months and aiming to not let myself get too much above 12-13% anymore. Compared to guessing anymore what’s what and hoping this size on my body is due to muscle growth and not the fact If I don’t prep I have no self control when it comes to eating.

It’s funny now I struggle with the opposite. Fighting to take in enough to comfortably grow and take a step way from being leaner to actually build some decent size. Go figure. Haha.

I’m looking forward to watching your progress bro. Hammer it hard. Your def working with a good team and have some solid support here.

Yeah they don’t realize it’s 2018. Everyone’s tatted up. 16 year olds walking around with face tats and shit. It’s a whole new generation giving the bad impression. All these new wack ass rappers and all of the bs. I feel your pain though. Every time I go home every couple of months I feel like I 9/10 times get harassed by the police due to past experiences with them YEARS ago. Still stereotyping me which I doubt will ever change. Regardless of how many years I’ve been clean and off paper. Can’t always change people’s perceptions of our past decision making. Can only do the next right thing from here on out and change what we have the ability to.

Yeah I get the same drill. My son just turned four and luckily has never had to witness nor remember any of it. That just seems right out disrespectful honestly. Some people. Not all. But some absolutely abuse their authority.

Hold your head bro. Don’t give them the excuses!

Speaking of which, my oldest son and his friends likes a rapper named 6IX9INE. I was gonna post his pic here but didnt want to ruin this thread. Google him if youre in the mood.

Completely agree with you. It’s so easy for people to keep you down, because it’s too much trouble for them to better themselves, so by knocking you for your past makes them feel good about themselves without any real effort except for a lot of mouth. And that’s when you tell them “suck my dick”!

Hahaha. I’m aware. Rainbow hair. About 3 different 69 face tats on him and 4-5 more over the rest of his body. Senseless. Perfect example of the point I was making about todays generation. Honestly can’t figure how or why it has become what it has compared to 90s rap and hip hop. It’s a disgrace.

Commercial interest in hip hop’s influence over markets began to take serious momentum. Thus the dilution of quality over quantity where supply/demand were now the driving force and the “cultural” of what was once hip hop became an accessory item.
Prior to the 90’s namlinduring the 80’s you had meaningful rap. That was the golden era.
