Water intake 180oz 1000-1300 mg sodium,fasted cardio 35min 7 days week ,diet high protein 200 carb 80 fat 80 2500 caloriesnot really enough information, tbh, whats your water/electrolight intake per day, diet , cardio? it could very well be water weight as you described loss of vascularity, ,
Yes I check it 2x a day it stays 125/60 before I started trt in December it ran 105/55 with a rhr average 45 now rhr is 55 , also take Reta 2.5 mgYou check bp? I’d be worried about that if you’re holding that much water.
I was thinking of taking it early before my cardio? Maybe it will help. I will give it a few more weeksIdk man. I’m stumped. Lol. Maybe try water pills and/or reduce dosage down to 1.5ius. Or try taking it earlier in the day. In my experience the bedtime dosage is more potent.

I haven’t had igf tested, it will be in my next blood work coming up, I just started hrt in December last year . I changed to morning injection today and will see if that works, I have see some people say that morning injection makes them feel more tired?did you have a baseline igf1 number? On the contrary. 2 ius or 660mcgs is likely 1.5-3x natural production at his age.Is that meant to be a joke? You're 158 lbs on just 2 IU of HGH — which isn’t even a proper HRT dose — and you're claiming to retain water? Come on…
110?? geez , are you diabetic? if not your well on a good path to it with fbg like that, are you taking anything for this high fbg, like berberine at least?I order some slu i want to start running before cardio also,but I want to see if I can get the water retention under control I have never had this problem before except when I tried carb cycling,my morning fasting glucose is always around 110 and it hasn’t went up that’s what I was most worried about starting hgh?
