My women doesnt lift or anything.But she wants to lose weight and has been running 4xweek.She already has heard diet thing from me about eating 6x a days small healthy meals but refuses and she eats only 2-3 times a day.Usually salad,chicken,or such.She wamts a diet supp. thatll help her shed fat but wont give her the shakes.i once had her use hydroxycut back in the day when it was ephedra but it was to much for her.Now shes starting this diet/jogging thing again and I want her to see it through as she has model/like potential but has ruined herself shes around 20lb-30lbs overweight.
I looked into a few like Dicanna or Gasparis KetoBurn or whatever...Any good products out there???Ive never used any fat burning sups as I always go for mass....
