Weight training all-in-one systems

I didn't know how to word the subject of this post, so I hope someone reads this, and can help. A good friend of mine has recently decided to start working out and got his hands on a free workout centre. One of those all-in-one type machine things with like seated bench, pulldown, etc built into it. I know, I know, not a great item to be using (as free weights are much better), but he did get it free, and if you saw him, you'd quickly realize it's plenty for him, for now.

The question I have for you is: does anyone have ANY idea on how to put one of these things together??? LOL He apparently has all of the pieces, pulley's, etc. but no clue on how to put it together. And quite honestly, neither do I. It's all bolted together, he just needs to know how to feed the pulley's and cables. I've been out of the country for a while, and will be for a while still. He's hoping to get this thing set up this summer, and seeing as I can't lend a hand, I thought I'd at least get him some help. Soooo, anyone have any ideas? Maybe a pic or two of a set-up you have? He doesn't know the name of his set, but it says something about it being Continental, and it's white? Not sure, but it is one of the more heavy duty ones, not something you would find at Walmart.

Sorry if the post is somewhat vague but he needs to see how the pulley's and cables need to be run, especially around the weight stack. I figured that most of these systems were quite similar and that if we could see one in a pic, up close, we might be able to figure it out? I guess I could walk into a fitness store and snap a pic, but they may look at me funny, and not appreciate me taking pics.... As I think you've figured out, my buddy isn't very motivated, as I'm doing all the work.

Cheers
