Weird redness in face and scalp

Curious if anyone here experienced could tell me why I get this rough skin under my eyes with redness and water retention between the eyebrows and in the forehead scalp? I notice if I take aromasin it goes away but if I’m not consistent with taking it comes back even worse. This weird redness goes on my shoulders upper chest and down my forearms but once I take aromasin it like flushes out. Is it that Im a heavy aromatizer? Also I’m very low body fat but I somehow still get pretty bad water retention in my hands and feet.

I guess the only real and unsatisfying answer is to see a dermatologist. There are way too many variables and it's not even definitive that it's estrogen related.
