Hi,

Just wanted to say that I finally got my first 10mg anavar pills. I placed an order on Monday and it was delivered today. Very fast . Thank you, Purple Panda Labs

I ran the roid test kit and it passed. Now my only problem is that I got capsules instead of pills and I was planning on splitting them to take half in the morning and half at night. Is this really necessary? Can I just take one pill in the morning? If not, how do I go about splitting these capsules?

Honestly preworkout dosing is what I'd suggest since you're unable to split.

Not ok for me. I am a woman and never done steroids. I wanted to go as low as 5mg a day for the first week. Then 10mg a day after that. I am afraid I made a rookie mistake here.

You can empty the capsules and split the powder in half. Take half a.m. Half pm.

Short enough half life that if any sides appear you can back off quick. 10mg is a good start you will be pleased.
