There is actually no new point here, the T/A was very reasonable, the only issue is product I had to replace, I offered options, he chose what to have, and I followed it, if anything else is owed he'll get it with new batch, I said so and I say again

You may take any issue or claim against me, and u do.

The only reason this guy came here is the biased opinion against me, and the only motive is to get extra freebies

You cooperate with him, I don't
His biased opinion is based on the fact that you could not provide adequate service in a very simple business transaction, where the customer purchases the product and you collect the funds and send this product. It's VERY basic and happens millions of times a day all over the world. Anyone would have a "biased" opinion if part of their money was stolen. Stop playing the victim

the tabs are on the way, it's not a time issue but ability to grab manually the papers, i askjed for a tracjk, but they don't transmit it, be with me, take my offer with products i have in stock properly and conclude this, pls

Yes - it's quite obvious you're not satisfied, you got tabs for much higher value then u paid, 500 halo u are getting along with more adex and clen are a replacement for 200 oxan u claim you're missing + more that you asked for your money, it's all in mails

Yes - and after u reported tabs are missing I reshipped them, before u came here, and gave u a track yesterday , it's also in our mails,

I tend not to believe u that you haven't got these tabs either, after what I've seen here, packs below 100gr are leaving without a track, as if not ID has to be shown, and we prefer not to do so. This was a pack of tabs u claimed you're missing, and anyhow I reshipped it like u suggested, whether u got it or not, you're welcome
 
And yes - I tried to chat with u live, in order to explain the situation with the new batch of GH. I cared to spend the time and make sure you're updated, and will be satisfied, u declined it,

I shipped his order is a timely fashion, he got best products and confirmed it, he complained on one item, I didn't make an issue and agreed to replace, I followed his instructions the best way I could

I would 100% agree, my opinion is unfortunately biased due to your negligence with how you handle your clients. I believe most everyone's opinion here is somewhat biased, but for very good reason and you did that to yourself. This does not defer them from making an educated decision on any given matter though, maybe it does yours, but not mine.

You have the exact same complaints time and again. Its not just a coincidence and it's not blackmail and lies. You have the warped view on the world and try to twist people's words to fit your needs. Most people here can see it and you dig your own grave in the end.
 
We agreed the EQ would take the place of 5 kits. You said you would give me 10 kits instead of 12. I have the email.

Openly state you will send me the 10 kits you still owe me and this will be finished. I won't ask for the EQ that I feel I'm owed.

Well Markus - I have many customers, most report with great satisfaction, I'm sorry that I can't satisfy everyone, I stated facts, not sure what is twisted, I'm responsible on my words.

If u do dig, and encourage people to complain you'll always find a complaint, I try to learn from my mistakes and fix them, and mistakes may happen, and will happen.

The guy is doing here what he's done with me on mails repeatedly, and this is distorting the facts toward his interests to get some freebies

I'll calculate with him what is owed, and with your pressure, or without it he'll get it.

If you judge me for being not honest for replacing flawed product with good quality then you're wrong, if mailing 250 times back and forth, trying to solve the issue, and giving him valid updates, while he admit I am honest, is not reasonable customers service, then I don't know
