This has probably been covered many times here on Meso but I don't feel like searching. Not to mention that weights should be changing......

Let's hear it and no fucking bullshitting..... 10 rep weight, 3 rep weight and your 1rm.......

Damn,,I have'nt Flat Benched hard in a year,,and have'nt
flat benched any in the las 6 mos,,Lol. But when I was powerlifting
hard 2-3 years ago I could get 340easy,,and 350 on a good day.
I was 155lbs back then. My flat bench is drawin dust know,,got spider
webbs on it. Just use Dumb bells now. I might go out there and clean it
up and see what I can do,,,beta it want be to good,,hehe.

10 rep working weight - 315
3 rep weight - 405
1rm right around 425
 
Yeah, thats my main problem. I am almost always at the gym alone and I HATE when people ask for a spot so I will NEVER do it. I have to wait for someone to hit the gym with me to check if shit is going up like it should......

Oh and Joe, thats the biggest load of crap I have heard all day......
 
so you do 90 lb db's for 10 and 150 for 3?? I havent been benching much heavy lately due to shoulder. More db's. I really dont ever max. Last time benching I was doing 15's and 235 was my final 15. Db's I can do 100's 10 times maybe 110's. WOrking more on not getting hurt and maintaining what i have at the moment. Lets also add in goals to this thread.
BR, what are your goals? Last year my goal was to be benching 400 lbs. I failed. RIght Now I would like to be doing 130lb db/s for 10 reps and also have my weight at 185-190 at under 10 bf%. Gotta be at 185 or below for my height to get good life insurance. Otherwise you are classified as OBese by the BMI.
Last year my goal was to be over 200 and under 10 percent. Well I got over 200 but probably closer to 14 percent and my body didnt handle it well(knees etc). I love playing softball etc and that is why those goals have changed
p.s. These are all goals while using creatine and protein. Throw in AAS there and my goals would change some

i dont do presses. i'm trying to bulk up my upper pecs so i only do heavy flyes. 'food, 15lbers? you wussy!!! be a real and try 30lbers sometime... :cool:
 
i benched 500 twice and on the 3rd rep i woke up....no shit....do yall ever have dreams about work outs.

been using dbs for the last 6 months, and this is the last chest exercise i do.

3X8 90lbs. and the last set im strugling hard, about to blow my left nut off.

there are a lot of a.m. guys at my gym over 400. im probably the weakest on chest exercises of the a.m. guys.

yeah right, with my eq, cyp stack... i'm hoping to get up to that after about 4 weeks.... i just started the second week yesterday...
 
If you 10 rep 315 than you could probably 6-8 rep 325 i would think. Funny with your db's. 3x8 would be pretty easy with 90 for me but I couldnt touch 315 for 10 on bench.

I've put up 475 at a bw of 220. I've never gone for a 10rm or 3rm. If I go heavy, I usually either get a double (445) or 1rm. I've benched 225 29 times, as well. For the last 4 months, I've used dumbbells exclusively.
 
i did a bench competition in march... weighed in at 194... opened up with double my weight 390 easily... then went to 405 and my shoulder slipped out... sucks... cause now i'm out for 6 months due to my surgery... lol... but i was the only college student to place top 5 and im a freshmen...

wasnt worth it..

I'm having a hell of a time getting to the gym lately. Some weeks only once
or twice if I'm lucky.

Too much damn shit going on in my life right now. Way too much stress :mad:
and it just pisses me off, sorry didn't mean to vent, but I feel better now.
 
I started lifting in July and can do 225 for at least 10 (never did more was playing around after doing 10 sets of triples on DE day), 275 for 3 easy and after 8 sets of triples and singles I did 315 a few weeks ago.
