What are y'all benching???????

10 rep - 240
3 rep - 290
1 rep - 325

On my pee wee herman genetics, that's about as good as I've ever been able to get. Going to try a tren enenthate cycle to see if I can get the strength up. BB is a lot better on my body. When I try to go heavy, I get injured. Shoulder last year kept me out for 6 month, almost 9 before I could go heavy again.

This has probably been covered many times here on Meso but I don't feel like searching. Not to mention that weights should be changing......

Let's hear it and no fucking bullshitting..... 10 rep weight, 3 rep weight and your 1rm.......

265x 10
325x3
345x1

My bench has steadily increased every week. Ive been back 18 weeks from a 3 year layoff due to injury. No end in sight and I havnt even tryed tren yet ;)

If you 10 rep 315 than you could probably 6-8 rep 325 i would think. Funny with your db's. 3x8 would be pretty easy with 90 for me but I couldnt touch 315 for 10 on bench.

my problem is my left side. i tried just working the left side but i just cant get it to catch up, but with a straight bar i can pull thru. thats why i swithched to dbs. with just my right side i can go higher than a 90db. any suggestions getting the left side up.

here is my chest routine in order
weighted dips 45lbs 2 sets
db flys 3X8 60lbs
2 types of cable cross overs 80lbs on 1 100lbs on the other...this machine is off on true weight
db inclines 3X8 60lbs slow with good form
db press 3X8 90lbs

PPP

i don't know my new max but last week i did 365 for 3 sets of 8 and got the 165 lb Dbs for 7 on incline......

don't know what 10rm or 1rm are, but i was showing off for the kids yesterday (i am a coach) and i did 225 for a set of 26. i felt pretty good about that.

havent done any heavy benching in about a year, and ive never really maxed...too much pain.now i generaly workout with 235 to 250 for four sets on flat.the most that i did was 380lbs for four reps(although not that impresive,it was my last set of chest).that would absolutely pin me now though :(

How are you with measurements b/n each side. Is your right side larger also? I would think there is some impingement going on. How long have you been lifting and has it been going on since u started? Also, you broke any bones or had any trauma to that side including collarbone and shoulder trauma.

any suggestions getting the left side up.

unilateral training, more reps on one side should help to an extent.

I'm bumping this thread because it's mine.... Just kidding, I want to hear more since I have a friend that is smaller, weaker on his left side as well. I agree with Thick, there must be some sort of either injury, favoring of that side or other problem that is preventing you from progressing in that area.....

when i was 22 i did 510@181 (in competition) now im 26 and have done 567@181 in the gym and hope to do 600@181 at the wpo bench bash for cash in sept.. or if i go 165 i hope to get a 551... i dont do 10 rep sets or three i train wsb.

what caused mine to be weaker was a shoulder injury, most likely damage t my rotator cuff .... i worked around it for 8 months until i could hit heavier weights especially in incline but it still has never been the same ...

10-240
3-300
1-350 this is when i was 17 years old swear to god no bs.

when i was 21 i only remeber my 1rm was 525 but around then i stoped powerlifting i dont even bench much anymore for high wieght i ussualy now adays just bench 3sets of 8 of 275 and have no idea what my 1rm is.
