How's the rebound been, out of general curiosity? How much are you up?
Hey bud. Got off to a rocky start - caught a bad Flu last week, had to have the entire week off work, and couldn't train.
However, I managed to keep eating, keep pinning, just let the kcals and the gear start doing their stuff. So currently up 5lbs in a week, though vast majority of that will be glycogen, which I will have to put to good use.
I'm 5ft6 and 75kg bw. I lift a 4 day upper/lower, alternating heavy and volume, with three days of cardio in the mix.
Turn the big 40 in September, and I have goals I want to hit before then of:
160kg bench (current 140kg)
200kg squat (current 170kg)
220kg deadlift (current 190kg)
and a Sub-50mins 10km run (current best 59mins 08secs).
Wanna be a double bodyweight bench-pressing, 10km smashing pocket rocket.
This is my first run with NPP, I've only ever used Test, Mast, and some orals in previous cycles. Because of my age, I cruise at 150mg test between blasts these days. Will be adding some Var in for the last few weeks of this blast, as I love the additional hit of strength it brings.
