What are you currently taking?

And if I may ask, how did your diet and cardio look back then?
Sure. My starting point was 200lbs at 12% and my tdee at that time was about 3000cals. As for cardio I'm always active outside of gym, I regularly hit 16k steps and climb stairs for half that amount. Only 2 days per week is where I sit and do nothing. So I count that lifestyle as cardio itself.

I decided to increase my calories to 4000. As far as macros go, I can't recall as it was 5 years ago and mfp logs don't show. I remember I was shooting for 300+ protein. Diet itself was mostly bro diet and until I could stomach it I didn't consume any junk.

Later on I increased my calories to 4500 because I dropped the dbol and experienced a strength stall (newbie mistake to kickstart with orals, instead of mid/end cycle break through plateau). Then I lost my grip on diet, but still got very strong and gained good.

Last couple of weeks I did a mini cut and went back to more respectable body fat %.

I went from 200lbs at 12% to 225lbs at 18-20% and leveled of at 215lbs pretty much the same body fat as starting point. Came off and retained quality 10lbs from that first cycle. Looks and strength improved dramatically.
 
OP is getting a lot of shit for someone who has already competed twice and is cycling for 6 years. This is harm reduction forum but some of us like to use a little bit more. I think it's fine as long as one is ready to deal with consequences. And most likely there always ever will be one. I don't recommend my dosages to anyone. I tell my friends that even constantly.
I don't smoke, drink nor use drugs, but yeah on the steroids side I unfortunately abuse a little bit much. Something psychological I guess.

This is how this type of thread should be - varying cycles, compounds, lengths, doses, etc. Not trolls and trashers. I don't advise anyone on who/what to use, and been doing this long enough to know how I react to things.

I'll also include that my primary knows every detail of my runs, we do labs every 6wks regardless and I adjust where/when needed. I make sure to include things like synthergine liver protector, synthetine l-carnitine, along with other supps/vits as well. And even following the safer-dose Pros like Brad Davis and John Meadows (RIP).

I don't think anyone here has anything personal against you. It's just that this community is more on harm prevention side of things than extremes. Most members who have been here for a while prefer to be safe and believe less is more.

Now, I totally understand your point and I'm all for doing things the way it works for you, as nobody knows you better than yourself.

So yeah, there will always be people who will tell you to slow down and reconsider your approach. But I believe you just shouldn't take it to the heart, rather they try to prevent new guys from copy & pasting advanced cycles and doing themselves more harm than good.
