I am 68yo male, 5'9' 155# (damm at holiday time I am already 162# and is just after Christmass)

380iu HCG shots in days in between T-shots
This frequent schedule is very conducive to cause least E2 Estradiol raise.
Currently I do not need to use AI.
Arimidex(pills)=LiquiDex(liquid)=Anastrozole(liquid)
I am on this schedule for 2 years.
Previously I have been using LiquiDex, now I do not.

For my Thyroid support I use
Armour Thyroid (1.5grains morning + 1Grain afternoon)
For short time I used Cortef (original) or Hydrocortisone (off market).
Now I use Hydrocortisone rarely, only when I feel little tired early afternoon and have planned activity till long at night (dancing).

I do many blood tests at Quest Diagnostics, but for purpose of dose adjustment of above medications I do these tests:

thats a nice little program they got you on... how do you like it ?
My own design.
My doc's involvement consist mostly doing sanity check and being nice guy and giving me the scripts that I need.
To my previous post add 4-100mg DHEA pills (2 morming + 2 afternoon)
400mg DHEA total.

seems very well put together.. were do you inject your depot on 175mg eod... seems like a lot of shots

I am on Depo Test. at 100mg 2x a week. Armour 1gr. morning and early afternoon. HC 10mg in the morning and early afternoon. I will probably taper down the HC a little. It doesn't seem to matter much. I do 0.2mg Liquidex 5 days a week to keep my E2 down. A lot of vitamin/mineral supplements trying to balance out deficiencies.
Still having trouble finding a doctor with any chops re: TRT in Portland, but I haven't given up yet.
This past spring, I decided that taking 100mg of Cypionate twice a week was too much. My Testosterone levels were over 1000, but E2 was hard to control, even with Anastrozole, so I started cutting back. Currently injecting 40mg twice a week, intramuscular, and I stopped taking Anastrozole entirely. My energy levels are still high (except mid-afternoon), the mild depression I experienced before TRT has not returned, and my erectile function has improved a little - still not stellar.
Here are my last bloodtest stats:
Glucose 104
Testosterone 640
Free Testosterone 154
% Free Testosterone 0.24
BioAvailable Testosterone 413 (used online computation engine)
BioTestosterone % 64.5
Ratio of TT to E 13.91
Estradiol 46

With lower Cypionate and no Anastrozole, I have lost the puffiness and general edema I had. For the first time in more than a year, I can remove my rings without soap and water!
Unfortunately, TRT is not an exact science - lots of variables.
This past spring, I decided that taking 100mg of Cypionate twice a week was too much. My Testosterone levels were over 1000, but E2 was hard to control, even with Anastrozole, so I started cutting back. Currently injecting 40mg twice a week, intramuscular, and I stopped taking Anastrozole entirely. Going by chart your
FreeT=170(160-300)\consider doing 60mg/week
Estradiol high, stay at (25-30)
Your glucose=104
is major warning
skip all high GI foods
divide all that you eat into 5-6 meals
skip anything made of wheat, potatos, corn
high-fructose
eat either raw food or max tem 250F to prepare fods
check adrenals and thyroid
cortisol AM/PM
DHEAs
FreeT3

I am on 100mg cyp once a week. I am only 22 years old. I feel better than before but still have ed problems and mood swings. My total test is around 800 which I'm happy with for my age but estradiol is 61(0-56) which is way to high and must be the cause of ed. I see my gp jan1 and I'm gonna ask for Arimidex. I think .5mg 2x per week would be my best guess on what will bring my estradiol to about (10-30).

usually GP's dont script anastrozole (arimidex) but ask and insist on something to control your estrodial....
One way to have lower e2 is to have frequent shots, daily or EOD.
I do my shots daily, one day T shot the next dat HCG shot.
When one uses daily transdermal T-gel or T-cream the usually have less E2 raise.
But transdermals are good only for those who need to raise their DHT.

Yeah I'm also waiting on a referral to an endo. My health insurance sucks right now. So yeah if my gp wont prescribe me arimidex, I can try asking for extra syringes so I can inject 50mg 2x per week. I also want hcg but that is why she is referring me to an endo. Hopefully I'll still be able to have kids, I'm only 22. It's just taking forever for the referral so all I can do is wait.

Liquidex is sold by supporter of this site, it works, I used to use it.
Insuline syringes can be had over internet without script.
There must be a ways to get HCG, all people on diet are using soo much of it.
So you need doctor for scripts for blood tests and testosterone.
There is excellent chance that you are wasting your time looking for endo.
My first doc is a super as a person but he told me that he will not give me scripts for Arimidex or HCG because he does not know enough and do not plan on studying the subject.
Well, instead he spend time looking for suitable endo for me, no luck.
For my TRT I am now with another doc, but I still see the first one when I need other help.

This is all great advice. I thought about doing it on my own before by purchasing online but I'm not sure about how to explain it to my doc. I see her on the Jan5 so what do you think I should do? Still ask her for a-dex? Or maybe explain that I will buy a-dex and hcg online and ask if she'll continue to order blood tests for me? I feel she won't like the idea that I'll be ordering drugs online, but who knows. The thing I worry about is what if I buy the hcg and a-dex online and I still have ed problems, then what?
Insuline syringes are for hcg right? I will still need the big ones(22g1.5") for my test cyp and I'll need twice as many if I'm going to inject 50mg 2x week. Can I order them online also? I don't want to use the same one twice. I'll search around and check out that liquidex. Thanks man

306iu is theoretically equal to healthy human EOD replacement dose, I added 10% margin.

That is some really good info. I plan on ordering some hcg online. Your dosage definetly looks the most logical compared to anything else I've read. How exactly do I use hcg?
What I meant was how exactly do I mix the stuff, what temp should I store it at and then how and where do I inject it? Sorry for not being more clear.
I use original Depo-Testosterone, 200mg/mL
Each shot =25units=0.25cc=0.25mL
I use all kinds of HCG.
They come in variety of sizes and containers (vials, ampoules).
10000iu, 5000iu, 2000iu, 1500iu
The smaller the container the better from shelf life point of view.
When it comes in ampoules I inject half of the often recomended diluetant amount.
The HCG solution then have a strenght of 2000iu/mL
If it comes in ampoules, after mixing I preload all into syringes.
I keep HCG in refrigirator.
The needles (see above) are tiny, I shoot (T or HCG) everywhere using only one hand.
Poke skin with needle, press until tip of syringe reaches skin + 1/4 dimple.
When you just starting, until you get familiar with the process use either area above navel or delts.
In my case skin on delts is 110% painless, over navel you may get 99% painless, buttocks 98%.
On buttocks, one in 10 shots I have a drop of blood.
I newer pull back on plunger.
One day T-shot (and LiquiDex if used)
next day HCG shot
and so on
I put a little red dot on calendar for T-shot days.
Keep asking until you comfortable.
