What are your guys' lifts currently at?

Mostly S/B/D, but feel free to throw in any impressive numbers on some other lift if you think it's worth mentioning.


Didn't want to post this in the training subsection as it doesn't get much traffic
 
Over head press 100kg for a double
110kg triples pendlay rows (bit of body english)
100kg no thumb wide grip pendlays
90kg power clean
120kg bench for a double

Haven't squatted heavy for a long time or deadlifted. But I got up to 145kg squat and 160kg deadlift. My lower back is pretty weak and I have this weird hip shift in the bottom of a squat so I stopped doing them.
 
Definitely not the right section, but I recently benched double my bodyweight - 380 at 189 pounds. Not bad for a 46 year old vegan. Working my way and to 405.

Lifetime PR was 455 like 10 years ago but I was much fatter then (250) so not double my bodyweight.

I don't squat or deadlift anymore due to an extruded disc.

I use to squat also and deadlift but due to similar issues it's not worth it. Compressed nerve at the C4-C6. Nerve radiates through the brachial plexus. Hindering my bench now, so lots of machine/cable work.
 
Similar situation to all you gents lol -- I don't squat anymore and will occasionally do Romanian deadlifts.

Bench is nearly 360 lbs, not sure what incline is but I did 275x6 a few days ago

Yeah my disc extruded so bad that I couldn't do a single bodyweight 1 legged calf raise with my left leg. My left calf and hamstring lost nearly all strength. It took 2 months of PT and training before I could even do 1, and now 6 months later it's at 80-90% strength. But the tear is of course still there so if I were to squat or deadlift again, it would likely reinjure. I avoided surgery so I'm not pressing my luck. Hell I don't even do shrugs anymore because of the stress it puts on my lower back to hold all that weight.

The lower back injuries seem to be more debilitating (load bearing). In my cervical it's actually decent from time to time if I do a well focused back routine with deep stretch contractions. Dr gave me a cervical decompression device, and PT also for about 6 weeks. I'm my own worse enemy with keeping up in the exercises.

The cervical really only acts up with pressing exercises and stretching the brachial plexus. I've shortened range of motion to compensate and it's def helping.

Honestly with leg press and others taking direct impact off the spine, I don't see why to risk squatting.
 
Bench press:
Best 440lbs (200kg)
Recent 400lbs (last year)
Now as of 2026 I'm confident that any day I can come to the gym and bench at least ~375. I end my work out with 330 or 350 for 4-5 reps without a spotter so not to a failure.

Squat:
Best 550lbs (250kg)
I don't do it anymore due to back issues and physical/delivery/driving over 200 miles per day, working 12 hrs (self employed).

Deadlift:
500lbs (230kg)
I don't do it anymore, pretty much same as above...

Shoulder press:
Best 265 pounds (120kg)
Currently I can still overhead press my own body weight 231lbs (105kg) once or twice

Thanks brutha they're all powerlifting standards, paused bench, full depth squat in sleeves and hook grip deadlift

My squat is quite far behind my deadlift due to abit of quad tendinopathy I've been working through since September but I'm confident that number will move quickly when im on the other side of it.

I primarily do strongman, powerlifting has just been a little side quest for me for now, my strongman lifts are:
100kg log press
160kg atlas stone 1.2m
380kg Yoke for 10 meters no drops
145kg per hand farmers carry for 10m

Various other things I can't think of right now, all strongman was natty, powerlifting is currently enhanced.
