These past 2 years I’m enhanced I never really pushed strength, as a natty my best were 395 bench, 525 squat and 605 deadlift.
Those last 2 years I haven’t benched at all due to messed up shoulders (doing mostly incline on smith with 3 plates) and squat I’m doing only variations like pendulum and hack.
Deadlifts I kept them but only SLDL so I won’t need to put much weight on. Recently like a month before I had 3-4 leg sessions with conventional deadlifts and it was quite fun. Here is the latest where I had 260kg (kg plates) for 3 with another 2 probably in the tank. I love deads. Next off season I’d like to reach 300kg for a couple reps.
