What bodyfat percentage and how long to get shredded?

Hey guys, first pictures I’ve ever posted.

Anyone got an estimate on my bf% and how much longer I need to get shredded? Looking to mainly get abs at this point.

Age: 30
Weight 60kg
Height 169cm
Calories: 1500kcal
Protein: 195g daily

Currently on 300mg test.
EC stack for appetite suppression: 3 times a day 16mg ephedrine. 100mg caffeine.
Yohimbine when doing fasted cardio in morning.



Training: PPL once a week since I’m always tired and busy with 12hr hospital shifts.
Never done ab work.
Doing fasted cardio 4 times per week for the past 3 weeks. 40min on treadmill. Heart rate of 145-150BPM

Deadline: I’ve got until end of July till I’m going to rebound hunger eat since I’m going overseas for 3 weeks without any appetite suppressants or test.

All help is appreciated, whether it be adding in compounds or changing up my approach.

Side note: can’t take tren due to mental sides and my field of work with people.

I'd want to add little more mass before worrying about shredding, but to each their own.
At your stage I think hiring a coach would really pay off.

Looking to achieve a physique like this by end of August or even July if that’s possible.
 
If you are worried about dropping the T fero 3 weeks you can get a very long estered T and take it before you leave. You should be very lean in a few mr weeks. Not over eating is mostly discipline for most of us. Having good food on vacation is just part of vacating as i see it.

Its a document that provides a score that correlates to caloric burn of hundreds or even thousands of activities.

The higher the MET score, the higher the caloric burn.


Choose the activities that have the highest MET scores. You can shred POUNDS of fat in a day if you engage in high MET score activities in a fasted state.
