What can you do with a minor tear?

Is there a reason you are against just getting an MRI? Do you have insurance? Or no?
Where I am at, it counts as "extreme sport" injury and insurance doesn't cover it (they see fitness as the same), and certainly not operation. I could return home and get it, but they only operate if mobility is hindered or pain is immense, and from checking that would put me on a waitlist for months.
If I do it here, I would have to pay for it all myself unfortunately, but could get it asap.

So it's not the MRI I am against per sé, but the limited solutions after. Think MRI would cost 5-600usd here for a decent one.

My dad e.g. clipped ligaments at several places in shoulder when he fell on ice. Extreme pain. Still he had to wait 3 months to get a time.

Dude, thats crap!!! Can you just say you fell? Say you tripped…as this injury can occur when any weight is pushed against the chest really fast, like catching yourself from tripping over something….

Yeah man it's horrible, and I have a rather good insurance from where I come from, but to add the sport (any type) insurance I have to pay 6000 usd yearly... Superfun!
I use the home country one compared to local as that is even worse.

I could potentially lie, but that would just cover the check-up, they wouldn't consider me operable until it gets worse. There is no pro-active medical care around here if you're not prepared to pay a lot, it's just meds to remove pain or inflammation. It's similar to hernia, if you can move, then you good to go regardless of pain. If you cannot move, then it's the waitlist.

It scares me a lot now as like you say, if I slip and grab something, I might be done for and the issue is worse...
But no worries, I just gotta get rich, that won't be so hard^^

Update!
So I have been extremely careful, doing every angle known to man with extremely low weights 20x3. Increasing around 5kgs each week.

Today I did bar (20), 25, 30, 40kg on flat bench 20x each and so far great. I have tried up to 130kgs squat, but stopped there do to overload on injury and I don't trust it yet. No deform, pain or odd feelings.

Of course I have lost weight, stopped dbol and with low weights high rep I am down in weight a lot, though a plus is I start to get quad separation lol...

So far so good, hope I can get back soon to atleast 80% rm so I can do 5x5's or some some.
