What degree of purity is minimum?

I would be interested to see what level of purity you still Do homebrew.
I had testet some Boldenone Cyp.
1. 55,55%
2. 86,75%
Would you homebrew with the 55,55% purity? Or is it to dangerous?
What ingredients are the remaining %? all solvents??

I know the higher the better
