Am I misunderstanding something…? GH presumptuously brought your TSH down, which would imply you’re closer to hyper and not hypothyroid.

Would be interesting to get a look at ft4 and ft3 given GH increases conversion of t4 to t3.

This is why I take 200mcg T4 when I’m on big GH; to help provide extra substrate for GH to convert to t3.
Also I'm scared to fuck with thyroid hormones. Only hormone that ever gave me a health scare. I got an arrhythmia from t3 only 50 mics while I was on vacation in Hawaii. 5 days in the ICU and a heart procedure call a cardio version. They basically shock your heart and turn it off like a mini self induced heart attack, then they turn it back on quick. Fixed it, but was kinda scary. I'll leave my thyroid in the tank for now

Oh wow. That would make me hesitant too. FWIW, t4 way safer than t3, but I totally get where you’re coming from lol
 
Free t3 is a 1.1

Gh suppresses t4 production. There's no t4 in my body to convert to t3.
Wasn’t under the impression that GH suppresses t4, but rather increases the conversion of t4 to t3. That’s why you’ll see some folks on GH with high normal or above T3, however, low normal or below T4.

But understood about just not wanting to touch after that experience. All love from me.

Plan to phase out mast. It gives me these little irritating pimples that sometimes turn cystic on random parts of my body.

Steady state. I think AAS will look something like 30mg test p and 50ishmg EQ daily. With the 20mg var and winstrol. Run that for a couple months.

Just trying to get blood levels up a bit quicker with EQ right now.

Going to start a log later this morning. Expect transparent updates. The good, the bad, the ugly. Pictures included as I progress. Hybrid cycling + lifting; master of none. Let’s see what happens.

-Cals are 6000 at the moment, most recent maintenance was roughly 5000.
-I run my protein high, 2g /lb bw so today is 564.4g. Egg whites, tuna, cod, shrimp, whey.
-Rest of the calories are carbs in form of white rice, canned wax bean and mushrooms, cream of rice and cream of wheat.
-all of the nutritional labels of my foods say 0g fat, so I take in “0g fat” daily. Of course there’s fat in everything to some degree but it says 0 so I’m going to track it as 0.
-all of my micros are fully achieved through a great multivitamin, verified using cronometer.
-6.5L water daily.
-No limit on sodium. 20g + daily.
