thanks for sharing, but i had "ulner nerve" surgery and they had to splice and re-route my ulner nerve in both elbows, so its not as easy as just doing "standing curls" , i dont use machines for biceps anyway so its just frustrating, maybe i started back to soon after surgery? but i gave it 3 months (my limit before insanity from NOT excercising) i've been doing ultra lightweight trying to ease back into it, idk really, nerve inflammation is no joke,, Been using 5 mg of Bpc157 daily, it's slow tedious process,,
