What did you inject today?

well, its weird. im not lean anymore but at the same time, im suuuuuper veiny. not thick piping but lot of small ones. especially at night, i go to piss during night and i have veins everywhere. on midsection also with plenty of fat. legs exploded in veins, arms, some on lats but hamstrings and on side of my ass where i pin gh, thats new

its kind of weird

15mg should be 105mg per week, it should be enough to utilize its benetifs right?
i would go for simillar dose, but during cut.
i will be very tempted to try it. i will start cutting around start of february and i plan to look good for summer.

well, i think fullness wont change that much. on 750 test im plenty full.
friend is finishing his blast this week on 100mgs of anadrol, in slight deficit tryin to make weight for PL bench press meet this sunday. he is suuuuuper veiny for the first time, very angry and strong.

will see how will i tolerate it and what it will do for me. im curious. mainly i wanna hit that barbell row PR... my best is 120kg for 10 very strict, paused reps. i would like to hit 140kg with same form.
That's very heavy. My best is pendlay rows 100kgx8. I'd like to get to 140kg as well. It has definitely grown my lats over the last 6 months.

What are you over head pressing?

i do kind of yates row. or at least im tryin.
ive been told i have good form. my powerlifter gym buddy told me that my lifts looks too nice :D

110kg i did 17 or 18 reps but with more explosive style.
buuut 100kg and more i have to use straps and belt. with gh, my hands are too numb.
without straps my pr is 120 x6 reps, thumb next to rest of the fingers. not fully closed hand or idk how to say it.

uff mate, standing OHP 60kg for set of 8 or 10, but thats more than year ago, natural. i dont do any kind of shoulder press. my joints are fucked up and it hurts. i guess, with military press, seated, i could work my way to 90-100kg maybe? idk...

all other lifts are joke, mainly cause im not tryin to push weight (i think). bench is 85, deadlift is 60 (never tried more, i did one single deadlift in my life. one rep).
DB row is 50kg for set, 60kg hyperextensions with pause at the top, 120kg rdl, squat is 140kg for set of 8 or 9
i think?

nothing impressive, im not very strong and dont do PL excercises.

I hate squats. My max was 140kg, deadlift was 160kg.

My current OHP is 93kgx1. Nothing beats the OHP for should development.

I'd like to get to 100kg OHP one day. Why is your row so far ahead of the other lifts?

not many people do ohp here. many do sbd but ohp isnt discipline on meets so nobody cares.

93kg x1 was standing? thats not light.

well, honestly, i dont care about weight, i dont try. but i like barbell rows, i have good mind muscle connection there and i like back trainin in general. its probably only excercise where im activly tryin to add weight. other than that, im tryin to "work the muscle" with lifter weight. im bit scared to ego lift cause of injury i could cause.

for example, my bench pr was accident. young guy asked to spot him on his pr, 85kg. he had terrible form but did it. i asked if i could help with form and showed him how to bridge, place legs, scapula positioning etc and lifted that bar few times.

after that i was like "huh, i guess i have new PR" :D
i dont do barbell bench press, at all. i think, except for powerlifting, its very bad excercise for any type of growth.

but i like squats. not heavy singles but whole idea of "thats hard", its unique kind of feeling after.

I do the lay back version of the ohp. It's like a standing inclined bench press.

I don't know anything about powerlifting. I reckon it would be cool to hang out with guys who do it tho.

heh, im trainin with one ussually. many of them here cause its all ego. me lift heavy circles. me happy :D

honestly its bit stupid to see how strong he is at the (almost) same weight.
200kg bench, 280kg dl and 240 squat.
maxed out almost every machine, very aggresive, power style of lifting, loud, banging weights, lot of anger in those lifts.

he usssually do his main movement and than train "like bodybuilder" with me. but will switch to full PL style trainin.

for me its wild to see how strong someone can be. i can keep up with back excercises but on push movements, he is doin twice as much weight.

they generally are used to more like "move weight from a to b, as much as possible" and im tryin to be like "use less weight and make it harder".

i have good energy from him. aggresive, angry workouts where you wanna shame the weight. you cant see many people with this attitude in gym(s) around here.

Yeah my rear delts are lagging. Can they be hit with basic barbell equipment? I can't find a solid answer online. I often do behind the neck press.
DB reverse flies. works for me, 2x per week.
you will look better also. many guys are missing rear delts and shoulders are not that nice from side.
