What do you do about clothes?

Most of my adult life I've been the same size. 34 waist size large shirts. The only time this had changed as during my first marriage when I turned into a fat fuck and went up to a 36/38 waist and X-large shirts. I got divorced, dropped 40 lbs and went back to 34 waist and large shirts.

I spent 6 years in the gym. 2 hour a day workouts, 6 days a week, no change in size. Took a year off, no change in size. Went on self administered TRT and Var when I hit 40, no change in size.

In the last 3 months I've added over an inch on my chest and a 1/2" on my shoulders. I did realize it was possible and probable that I would put on size, but never factored in my clothes not fitting anymore.

So what the fuck do you do with clothes that no longer fit? I have around 80 button down shirts that the buttons pull across my chest, suits, sport coats, sweaters, overcoats, peacoats, etc.

Do you hold on to them expecting you'll eventually go back to them? Do you donate and resupply? Do you find someone to trade with?

Those are good questions and if you find the answer lmk lol. I went from holding at 175 lbs. most of my adult life to 195 when I started juicing. I haven't worked out in over 2 months and I'm eating the same as in used to. I guess trt just keeps me significantly bigger. I have a lot of great clothes that don't fit now :(

i got some xl champion briefs ive been usin since 2016 you wanna trade me some calvin kleins? my man buy some new clothes

The solution is to grow faster so you accumulate less shit if the same size lol.

I’d save some. You never know when you’re guna stop. I keep my clothes and suits cheap (tailored when I can though) for this reason. Stretch fabrics are also great.
