what do you guys think about this?

No logic that makes sense to me! Taking time off from training at times is a good thing, lets the body heal and gives you and family a break in our OCD world. I believe maintaining the same workouts during pct as when I was on helped me keep most of my gains for a longer period of time.
 
I train to get stronger... I cycle to get stronger. Whenever I take more than a week off I lose strength. Honestly? I have seen great results taking a week off ON cycle believe it or not. I feel weak enough off and sitting around like a pussy wouldn't help at all.
 
i recently took a week off as I was extremly busy and had events planned etc and came back with zero strength lost...off cycle I would imagine id start to wither away...
