I am currently dieting --- I am 5'11 228 15-16%bf(down from 22-23%)--- My ultimate goal(for now) is to be around 245-250lbs at about 10-12%bf---
Do you guys think I should--
1-- Diet down some then try to gain again later?
or
2-- Should I just keep bulking till I reach about 260 then diet down to my goal?
(I love bulking)
So whats it gonna be?
