Have done some research but can you please comment on the following 8 week cycle (First one) and post cycle therapy.

Wk 1 sus 250 mg, Dec 200 mg,
Wk 2 sus 500 mg, Dec 200 mg, Nolva 20 mg/day
Wk 3 sus 500 mg, Dec 400 mg Nolva 20 mg/day
Wk 4 sus 500 mg, Dec 400 mg Nolva 20 mg/day
Wk 5 sus 500 mg, Dec 400 mg Nolva 20 mg/day
Wk 6 sus 500 mg, Dec 400 mg Nolva 20 mg/day
Wk 7 sus 500 mg, Nolva 20 mg/day

Will this be okay?

Sust needs to be taken eod because of the prop in it if i were you i would take 1cc of sust eod it is your first cycle it will be your best see what the other bros say.... last year i my friend and i were on same cycle except he did his sust 3cc 1 time a week and i did mine 1cc eod and i had better growth than him and fewer sides.....Skyking...

Will this be okay?

That's a very short cycle considering the products you're using. For decent results, you should run the sust for 10 weeks and the deca for 9 weeks. (this is at a minimum and considering it's your first cycle) Then push back your pct accordingly. As it is now, your pct is overkill for that cycle.

Also, the lowest dosages your first week and then going up? I'm wondering who told you to do that because that's bass-ackwards.

You don't have to front load but at the very least, kick your sust up to 500mg EW and the Deca up to 400mg EW from the first week on. Ideally pick up a little dbol or anavar or winstrol and run any one of those for the first 3-4 weeks at +/- 25mg/day.

I don't believe the real world results of sust EOD are any different from twice a week shots so I'd go with 250mg sust and 200 mg deca on Mon and Thu.

Eat a lot of food with your protein in grams coming in around 2x your bodyweight and you'll be fine.

I've know a fair amount of people who have done similar light cycles with no clomid or nolva either during or after their cycle and never had any negative side-effects.

On the other hand, some people can apparently grow tits just by taking 250mg's/week of Test. Although with 25 years in this game, I've never personally seen anyone that sensitive.

Worst case... well, the good news is... over a million people have used steroids before you and not a single one of them has died from steroids. So take your cycle and with as much nolva and clomid as you're taking for a relatively light cycle, you don't need to worry about any worst case situation. What you're doing is the equivalent of fucking a high school girl with 2 rubbers on...
