What do you use to track/organize everything.

I have my diet written and updated on a weekly basis so I just keep a copy in my phones notes. Compliance is 100% so there’s nothing to write down. What is on the diet is eaten. Update every start of the week.

Compounds are dosed same time for over a year, so it’s not rocket science to remember what is every day vs every other day.
Supplements are the same every day so also just not rocket science.

The only thing that needs to be logged really are lifts and dates of changes to cycle/diet with photos which can be easily done online either in public or private forums/pages or in a notebook

Honestly can’t see the point of such a thing outside of playing/wasting time on an app.

i keep stuff mostly in my head. sometimes i have nites in calendar in phone like "xx.x.xxxx i started this for 16 weeks"

but mostly i have everything in my head, except dates cause im too dumb to remember that.

Super basic template - lots of bugs - goal is not to have to track daily, but easy to access summary of supplements, cycle length, doses etc.. and ability to track if desired.

Tons of bugs still. And the placeholders are just that. But feel free to play with it. I have free hosting and not looking to make money, more just an experiment, it would be launched for free and if people like it great. It's probably too basic for most on here but you can add many drugs to the stack

Can you make this an app?

I used to try different apps, but each of them had its drawbacks. So now I just use the simple Notion app on my smartphone

Seems like a bit overcomplicating it.

I have two 28-day pill holders. One for stuff I take in the morning and one for the evening. I know why I take everything that I take. Don't need an app for that xD
I can get a bit obsessive when I get back into the swing of things with my fitness. I can understand the obsession. I appreciate your approach a bit more though lol

I really like this. I usually track everything and lay it all out in Excel. It’s a bit rough and ready, but it works for me. I use Excel all day every day, so I feel completely comfortable with it. Been meaning to make a polished workbook for a while.

I’m going to take your idea and build a proper Excel workbook and dashboard. I’ll probably borrow a bit of the layout from this, to be honest, as I really like how it looks. After that I might look at turning it into a website and hosting it alongside my other site so I can access it on the go from my phone or computer. I might keep it private or open it up to the public, will see how it progresses.

I'd be curious to see how that turns out. Excel is a super powerful application if you know how to use it properly.

Glad people like it. I'll probably throw it up online soon. The main issue is data persistence. Right now it doesn't use a login. Data persists for as long as you don't clear cache. If you mess up and clear cache for your browser then poof, all gone.

I can create a better back end but then it would require creating an account - can always use a bs email but some people may not want that.

what about adding daily/weekly measurements of things like blood pressure, blood sugar, maybe blood serum markers as well? measures of bodyparts.

What if your workout split go over more than 7 days, how do we setup that?

training= Notes on iphone
nutrition = fatsecret app
drugs= calender on iphone
i log all my drug doses on iphone so i can just quickly reference when and how much the doses were, And using the "notes" on iphone makes it easy to track and change if needed, and "fatsecret" is a free app that actually works without a bunch of bs, its very accurate when tracking macros and ive yet to have a food that wasn't loggable or not in there data base, i cross reference EVERYTHING to make sure the macros match the labels on the food,,

The more I get into this, the less I feel the need to track each dose/location/volume. Its takes a while to dial everything in, but in the end, I think a single page "schedule" showing the current active cycle and a generic notes section is probably all you need. Notion or Notes app in phone is probably enough.

In the beginning though it was very helpful to know where I last injected, if there was a reaction, how i respond to IM vs SQ.......and if adding a new compound its helpful to track it closely for a bit.

Figured I would bump this, spent a few hours on the "Gear Tracker" for anyone who is interested. (Actually saw a random person sign up for it last night)

You can now add your active stack, workout schedule, BW/BF, Labs, Progress pics and it stores them all for you. It creates a weekly schedule and tells you whats needed to do each day. For labs and stats it even graphs them.

Overall its pretty simple, but it could serve as a one stop shop for tracking (other than food or specific exercises/weights). Give it a try if your interested. Use a garbage email if your are nervous, the site uses a back end, so your email is saved on the database. I am not a cop, just a fellow user who thought this tool might be helpful. Its free and if you give it a try, I'd love to hear some feedback to make it better.

I use just excel for daily tracking. A column for weight, fat%, water (all from smart scale csv export), calories (from tracker export), injections, oral medications, feel score, snore score, rhr, hrv (both from smart watch csv export), blood pressure, workout, blood glucose, notes for the day. I guess that's about it. I have tabs in my excel for cycle plans, bloodwork cost, supplement costs, and quite a few more things bodybuilding related. I use strong to track workouts.
