What is a good dosage fo a girl, using HGH as a fat burner

this question is for my girlfriend, she is about 40lbs over-weight, she had half of her thyroid removed several years ago, that's when her weight gain started. I'm on GH, she has seen what it has done for me, and want's to get on it herself, but I'm not sure about the dosage,
what would be considered a fat burning dose? I don't want her to waist it, by only doing 1iu/day 5on/2off, when she should be taking 3iu/day 5on/2off.
what about T3 and or CLEN

thank you all for your help

Bro, I'm not sure about the dosage. Run a search on HGH, I'm sure it'll mention women's dose's.
Before you give her HGH, I'd make sure that her diet, cardio, and weight training were all perfect.
Two things, diet and workout are about 95% of the deal.
and without the right program the HGH would be a waste, it would not do anything.

If she already has it together, just ignore me!

Bro, you are 100% correct, I drilled that into her head, because I'm the one paying for it, I made it clear if she started she needed to stick with it for at least 3mo. if she stopped in a month it would be a waste of time and money so I also told her that their is no magic potion that she can just jab in her and poof, have a new body, it's going to be hard and she has a lot of hard work in front of her.
so yea I'm helping her with her diet and workout. on the other hand, if she sticks with it, and follows the plan to a T, the GH will do some amazing things, completly transform her body
she's pretty determined to have a sexy body again, so I know she can do it. I just need to figure out the right doses

As always my friend GRAYBASS gives great advise.
As for HGH dosage...if her training/cardio/diet are in check, than HGH 1-2IU's per day 5 days on, 2 days off will be great. Even to stay 7 days is OK.
Two things to remember:
1. Use HGH for atleast 3 months for optimal results
2. DO NOT GIVE HER MORE THAN 1-2 IU's per day. For fat loss it's enough.

Good Luck!

Whats her weight ? 1 iu up to 140-150lbs or so and 1.5-2iu's if she's alot bigger. but I wouldn't go any higher. for at least 6 mo.............11

If her thyroid gland is removed then how come she is not supplementing with T3??? I would use some cytomel way before i use HGH since u said she wasnt overweight before her thyroid gland was removed.

only half of her thyroid was removed, so she still produces t3 and t4.
but that was my next question, I wonder if she produces enough,
because her diet is mostly healthy,

Bro,
I want to tell you this : DO NOT EXPERIMENT WITH T3
Especially since only half her Thyroid has been removed. Yes you can experiment with many posibilities when it comes to "supplementation", but not T3 and especially not for a woman. Cytomel is very poerful drug and may cause severe (and ireversible) problems. With that one you consult a doctor.
Stick to basics: Clen diet, cardio, clen/eca, maybe little anavar and possibly HGH
HGH at 1IU (or maybe 2) will give good results.
Again, just a warning dont play with T3 before you talk to her doctor.
Good Luck!

yes I agree, just since I posted this thread, I've learned how dangerous T3 & T4 can be, she can definatly achieve her goals without taking dangerous risks like that.
right now she is on 1iu/day 5on 2off, 45min/day/cardio and weight training 4/day/week, and eating a very clean diet. next week she's starting the clen.

p.s. thanks for the help

My 2 cents. I noticed the statement "she is about 40lbs over-weight, she had half of her thyroid removed several years ago, that's when her weight gain started". I am assuming that you have had labs run to check the thyroid levels. Even though the thyroid is producing hormones the levels may not be optimal. The weight gain after a partial removal is one sign that there is a hormone problem. It is not even good enough to have what is considered a normal range, as it has been found that higher levels may be needed due to differences in physiologies. BTW, a healthy diet does not ensure adequate level of thyroid hormones, especially when you have half a gland removed. Before I would start on supplementation, I would see a doctor that understands what the proper levels of thyroid need to be. Once that is optimal, you can move on.

thanks for the advise, that's a good point, she had her levels tested a few months ago, but not by a specialist, it was just normal blood test,
for a physical.

aznurse is right... id look into synthroid or cytomel ... I know a girl who is on synthroid cuz she has a underactive thyroid... it helped her loose a lot of weight.

hope that helps,

Tank01,
There is no doubt that Cytomel or Synthroid will burn fat. In fact it will burn alot of fat. There is also no doubt that you know someone who lost alot of weight on those drugs.
However the risk of using them is VERY HIGH. I know this first hand. I could give you an example of a few female competitors (one of them placed top 3 at the 2002 Ms.Fitness Olympia) who had MAGOR health (thyroid) problem as a result of using thos drugs.
I am not saying that NO FEMALE should use Cytomel, but I would highly recommend to consult a doctor before using it for fat loss purposes.
Good Luck!

I've heard to many horror stories about T3, I'm sure it's a great drug when used properly, I would just hate for her to take any unnessary health risks, when she can do it without the risks.

thanks for the help
