What is causing depression?

My guess is the compound doesn't agree with you. No sense in using something that doesn't have you feeling up to par

If it does happen to be an estrogen problem.. (because come to think of it, I have been pretty emotional towards my gf and more soft ig lol). How long would you expect it to take for the Adex to fix me up?
Adex works very quickly. If it is excess E2, I think you’d see a difference in 48 hours.

I had the issue with deca, I run it all the time with no issues but one time I ran it alone (years ago, very dumb i know), one morning it was like a switch went off, Wild depression, severe anxiety related to my wife and guys she dated 20 years ago, it was so bad I was thinking divorce even though I married a virgin. It was so crazy, and I was almost suicidal. End up taking about 1.5 years to fully recover...

As long as i run test higher I’m fine but after ready this I may just skip it all together. I think safest cycles or blasts is test only 500-700 for 10-14 weeks. Then second safest is test plus primo/mast then test plus oxandrolone etc.

Note. Mark Cuban and Elon convinced me to buy bitcoins (articles) on Saturday and I lost 15% of my portfolio. I think we missed the boat on this stuff

I didn't read too much, but depression is a bitch that I've struggled with as well and personally if you can figure you a way to battle your demons as well as progressing to another level i the gym and life; you will be able to take all the day to day mental battles. dont let shit knock you king and focus on the end goal. Some days will be tougher than the last, but focus on that fucking end goal and boss up in the gym! FUCK THE CRITICS AND A DESCTRUCTVE MINDSET! you're killing it. Fucking period.

Lol, this reminds me of my experience with tren last summer. The masteron could have also been to blame as I was running it far too high in proportion to the amount of test, but it took me 9 months to recover fully and that was whilst using pharmaceutical drugs.

I was using something like 200 tren a week, at week 10 I increased it to 400, and one night in my twelfth week of the cycle I had a full blown panic attack unlike anything I had before and spent the night in the emergency department due to the constant thought of feeling like I was going to have a heart attack and die at any moment. That feeling lasted for 9 months although 3 months later it was much less frequent (once every week or two). I’ve had panic attacks a few times prior to using tren but man my life was hell for the latter part of 2020 lol. I truly believed I’d amount to nothing at that point as I had ceased all social contact with people too and convinced myself I’d spend my life in a mental asylum.

I do feel good now though and better than I ever have previously, but that’s likely due to the SSRI I was prescribed soon after.

Nandrolone even at therapeutic doses of 100mg gave me the worst depression of my life. If you’re getting that effect then you’re going to want to forget nandrolone exists, because it’s not getting better or going away. Some of us just don’t have brains that can coexist with nand.

Not sure if anyone would know, but what is the possible cause of the depression from deca? Is it a prolactin or progesterone cause, or just from the compound itself?

How long did it take after stopping for the symptoms to go away?

Also, I’ve noticed the anxiety has definitely been greatly reduced since i started the ai.. but I still kinda just feel brain foggy and depressed I suppose. My next shot is Thursday so I guess we’ll see how I feel then. Also, what do you guys recommend for an arimidex protocol. Obviously it’ll be different from person to person and cycle to cycle, but based on my doses, what would you recommend to insure I don’t have a fucking panic attack again? While at the same time keeping enough estrogen for normal functions? I’m aware I know I need to play with the dosages to see what works for me, but where would be a good starting point?
Thanks again

Bloodwork is the only way, unless you want to guess.

My understanding is that is messes directly with the GABA receptors/balance. Also can cause short-term memory problems.

When we are talking about mental health and how you feel it's more psychology than physiology. I would suggest you get some labs done to check your e2. This way you get piece of mind and solid evidence. Anastrozole(Arimidex) if i take it in the morning i will start to get rid of the water in the evening. But my body is quite sensitive and reacts to everything quite fast.

I know a thing or two about panic attacks and anxiety. It helps if you try to think something else than your medication/dosages. It can become a loop-kinda-thought and the anxiety just grows larger. Try to go for a walk and be with your friends or do something that usually makes you happy.

Six or seven weeks, maybe. But it was a gradual “hey, things are a little better this week” kind of thing. In the meantime it helped me to acknowledge that what I was feeling was being caused by this drug I was using and that it wasn’t something else floating out there, unidentified.

And per your other question, the short answer as to why it does this is dopamine. The long answer is dopamine, but with a ton of science words I don’t have the energy to type up.

It’s more serotonin than dopamine, but yes these drugs fuck up a lot of your neurotransmitters like GABA, glutamate and of course dopamine.

Alright so today does it.. I feel so fucking weird it’s not even funny. Almost like I’m in a dream and so brain foggy I don’t remember things that happened a few minutes ago. My last shot was Monday morning so hopefully in a week or so I start to improve. I have dbol and Anavar on hand as well and am considering throwing one of these in to maybe help me get out of this mood quicker. From your experience, is Anavar or dbol more “feel good”?

Throwing more drugs at your problem isn’t prob the best bet. I’d get a full blood work panel, E2, prolactin, progesterone, on and on. Maybe time to see a doc too. Honestly, the most knowledgeable doc I found and use myself is dr Saya at defy medical. He knows his shit and not hard to get a virtual appointment no matter where you live...

Am I the only one that these adverse reactions are completely foreign to? So unrelatable to me. Currently at wk10 of ~630mg Deca and feel amazing. This blast however is the very first time I've used any AI as about 3wks ago I started feeling extremely lethargic, but since implementing that, I'm fine. On 400 tren e 6 months ago, also felt amazing. It's crazy to me the extremes in how we all handle these things. If anything I'm faaaaar less depressed on a blast/cruise then with zero gear.

I have been running Test and Deca for about 4-5 weeks at 500/250 mg. I am experiencing one of the worst depression and anxiety I ever have in my life. I ran a 10 week cycle of test 350mg per week and didn't experience any depression at all.
I have recently lost a good bit of money trying to trade crypto within the last couple days... Never again.. which I'm sure is not helping the cause, I cant imagine making me feel this bad on its own.
So my question is, is this the Deca or high estrogen? I haven't been running an ai because I had no issues last cycle but just started 1mg adex today. OR is it the Deca. I have read that deca is very common for causing depression, so this makes me believe it is probably be the cause.
If it is the deca and I stop it, how long for me to feel better? Any advice from someone that has dealt with this, thanks
What’s crazy is deca causes extreme depression for me, but the minute I switch to npp. It actually does the opposite. Puts me in the best mood ever. I wake up
Happy and full of energy . I would switch to npp and see how that works out for you
