what is the best apatite suppressant?

looking for something that will kill my apatite for the whole day. i dont use recreational drugs anymore but back in the day the only thing that really had this kind of crazy effect on me was molly. def am not doing that again and am not recommending that to anyone either lol. can anyone refer me to a fat loss drug that has a similar apatite inhibiting effect? never really messed with any fat loss drugs before but im open to recommendations so i can start doing the right research.. thanks!

I hit cardio hard. Believe it or not, I love running and hiking. Proof that to be lean you have to hit a reasonable diet at least, barring massive cardio if you are prone to fat. But my diet has been Unreasonable. Im shoring shit up now

Do what you love man, as long as you train. Diet is number one and is a must, there are ways to make it enjoyable. Rather than going to extremes find a balance to have a life too. There is family and friends, so sometimes you have to temporary cheat on your diet. Don't feel bad about it, it's just life and it happens.
