What is your most effective diet switch to control rebound going from cut to grow phase/offseason?

Intrested in gaining some knowledge beforing doing something like this for myself in the future. ENHANCED ATHLETE SITUATION. 180cms and weight at the end of the cut around 85-90kg (Lets say the athlete used around 500 test/350tren/8iu hgh/25mcg t3 and some local fatburners) Assuming he just ended his cut that was 12 wks (8-10% bf) and want to start growing again what is your adaption? Do you go to "maintain/health phase" for 4-6 weeks to reset AR receptors and overall health? (so he would be on 300ish test and some gh) and then he would do 500 test/350npp/10iu hgh for his growth phase around 16 wks. How would you increase his calories through that time period if his calories on the end of cut were 2200-2400, what would you do in his maintain phase calorie wise, and how would you go to the offseason calories with "cycling them" Justin Harris style to gain muscle at max bf 12-13% at the end of the 16 wks growth phase? (sorry if my english and whole plan is not perfectly understanable, im polish/russian ;))

resetting AR receptors is a false myth.

i would find my maintenance calorie intake after cutting out fat burners and lowering cardio if its high and add a 200kcal surplus and go from there on an amount of AAS i think i could grow on and titrate up over the next 20-30 weeks.

if your bloods are shit, i'd look into doing a health phase and just maintain or keep a small deficit going to get even leaner and set myself up for the surplus and increased PEDs.

okay so dont really care about "resetting the AR receptors" and if health, bloodwork/overall feeling is great just go straight to another cycle slowly adding everything + slowly titrating up the doses and calories? And if you can please provide me some talk on forum cause i guess there was some talk about the AR sensitivity and lowered response to the same doses overtime i would be thankful. Cause that changes a lot in my mind that we dont get "used" to the doses.
