What lab?

Well, economies of scale apply, so a lab that is not quite doing steroid testing is going to be much more expensive than the lab that can spread the costs of testing among many samples of the same nature. Don't think that you'll find a cheaper option than the already established services.
Im sure that applies, however to out it inperspecrive for you. Your charge to test one compound is a 1/4 of my average salary in South Africa. Our Rand has gone to shit and then I have to still pay for shipping and worry about customs and all that shit.
A lab in South Africa will be relative to our money and also if I do find a lab here, then I can do the african thing and just pay the tech on the side to do the tests for me. Im sure you are top at doing the tests.
I just need to know what a lab like this would be called or what the equipment / test is called that they use
Having businesses in several countries with wildly different economies, I understand, however, he'd need to get/buy a standard somehow, that alone will probably run more than what I (or Lab4Tox) will charge.
Also, prices of equipment are usually not that dependent on the country - usually it's US, German or Japanese manufacturers and they don't vary too much. In fact, it can be cheaper in evolved economies like the USA because of an established sales network and no VAT to speak of.
Anyway - you are looking for HPLC or GC and possibly NMR, but I don't think somebody without an access to standards is going to help and even if somebody gets those, you risk a serious case of misinterpretation of the results and the data. We've all seen that with labs that try to evaluate samples that they don't have experience with.

Unless it's your own brew there's a chance what you want to test already has been by someone and this community is decent at digging for results.
Unfortunately this is for local South African brands like PGW, EU Pharma and Liquid Pharma, so highly doubt tests has been done on this forum

Knowing nothing about south african UGL this is really interesting, are those online or offline brands, and do they test their raws? Are product prices adjusted to local purchasing power (I'm assuming this is why you're choosing them over importing tested product)?
The UGL are all online. Its not as strictly controlled here and you can bribe yourself out of trouble if there is any. Very VERY rarely do the products get tested. Its pretty shit, because you have to go by feel most of the time. Trying to import some stuff now to from the UK and US.
The problem is the UK and US labs want to use the postal service and if ANYTHING goes through out postal service then it gets stolen. So looking for exporters that have a way to use courier companies.
The drugs definitely gets adjusted here to fit the market.
Any labs you found that were spot on or horrible?
I have only heard good things about PG and LP.
Well EU Pharma has been up and down like crazy. Cooper Pharma has been pretty good for me. Liquid Pharma is known for their orals but injectables are shit.
EU Pharma is international from what I know, but yeah it is available.
Never heard of Cooper.

From bloodwork I have seen of guys on pharma grade TRT, changing to PGW showed equivalent levels.
Personally used PGW and overall quite happy....
UPA also seems highly praised.
EU is made in Cape Town. Not international at all.

I am currently using PGW primo and Test C. They just have incredibly SHIT service.

I've found Keifei to be quite good.Recently got bloodwork done on 200mg Keifei Test E a week and levels came to 1450ng/dl which is as expected. Keifei Orals that I have tried are good too: Turinabol, rad140, Oxymetholone, T3. I liked their HGH too. I got good results from their EQ too.
UPA was terrible though for me. Their injectables were all underdosed. On 500mg Sust per week I was only at 1300mg/dl. That too I was pinning every other day.
EU Pharma orals werent great. Their anadrol pills were quite crumbly and very underdosed. Their HGH was good though.
