What % of people does topical minoxidil actually work for?

I hear it works for only 40% of people that actually use it?

Any success / non successful stories here?

Any sides from those that saw good results? Water retention and facial bloating is a common one I hear from Minox.

The sides of Minox are not present on the topical. The standard 5% works fine. I use it nightly witb RU and my hairline is holding against a gram of gear
