Beef Stew with steamed carrots and Spaetzle... I'm Part German/Austrian/Polish... But My family has been in this country for 150 years so I call this American eating!! Lol. I eat this Spaetzle because its imported from Europe and has no artificial stuff in it.

Wait til I make Beef Rolladen for you guys. That's the German version of Beef Braciole. Rolled beef/ rolled with raw onions, pickle and bacon with Dijon mustard mixed with whiskey. Then I brown it and throw in a giant pan with beef stock and wine.
I love beef braciole...my mom makes it quite well. Would love to see the German version of it.

My wife is a 3rd gen. baker , her mom was a Army baker . Its an art that some people have . Im a cook but I dont call myself a baker , not like her...

She can both cook and bake. She loves making desserts and shit so she's trying new things all the time. Her flan is the best I've every had. Anywhere.
