What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Today.
Breakfast : 2 cups steel cut oatmeal with almonds, brown sugar and 1/2 scoop whey mixed in.

Snacks: a bunch of Halloween canday throughout the day.

Lunch: 4 sclices little Cesar's pizza, leftover steak and brussel sprouts.

More candy
(Workout) 2 amino acid pills b4 hand and protein shake afterwards (protein shake is 1 scoop chocolate whey, 1 big scoop of peanut butter, 3 eggs, milk and water all blended )

Dinner: The ol' lady is making meat loaf tonightw

More candy and I'll wake up in the middle of the night and eat more candy probobly.

Also: fish oil, vitamins, clucosamine and condroitin, and currently on cycle.

Current stats: 5'9", 180lbs, 14%bf

I'll be drinking that chocolate milk through out the day and finishing it before the Manchester city vs Barcelona game is over. I don't know if we have any futbol fans on the forums. That fair life milk is the bomb though. I might have to pick up some of the whole milk for even more calories.

I love Fairlife milk!! $8.89 for 3 chocolate at Sam's. On sale at Kroger this week 3 for $9!!
