Its real tough and will leave you looking flat ; this cut Im just going low carb (under 150gms/day)
Keto is better used during the last month of dieting imo......
For lunch, chicken cutlet on whole grain bread with Sweet Baby Ray's chipotle and apple for dessert

Yeah I'm not familiar with keto but, my carb cycling worked wonders. I'm now at 169 and staying there. And Ogh, 150 is pretty good, hated the days where it was 50 carbs or less a day lol

Carb cycling, for me. Helped me lean out. I did 2 high carb days then next 0 carbs..Yes I lost weight, but I looked lean, and when I ate after that 0 day. My muscles looked "full"

And do that low or zero carb day on an off day. Don't do it on a workout day, shits already miserable with no carbs

No, but I should of! I don't drink much these days (used to be a 4-5 drink per night guy back in the day as a runner), perhaps three/four beers a week.
