Okay fellas. Did my first offset cook! Boston butt. Cooked for 8 hours with hickory. Spritzed it with apple cider vinegar and apple juice.

At one point it rained hard as hell and even hailed. Just kept on pushing through!

It was great. Honestly it would be a pain to smoke without it. It has a wireless end as well you can carry with you and set your own low/high alarm points. So if the temp starts to dip you know it's time to throw on another piece of wood.

Ive had street-corn once , when the wife and I went to San Antonio to pick-up a Harley (e-Bay) There I had the best taco's I ever ate plus this street corn which is really delicious !
