What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

....and Im fresh out of salmon :(
I'm beginning to worry myself. I don't think I will have enough to make it to springer season and I haven't even been out winter steelhead fishing yet this year. I used to be a steelhead fanatic but I can't seem to get excited over 6-8 lb. fish anymore. I want those 20-40 pound slabs of pure meat!!!! It will be back to store bought tilapia, hank, and cod when the salmon runs out:(
 
1st breakfast
4 hard boiled eggs, 1 c egg whites w Anavite, 1.5 c Cheerios with a little milk
2nd breakfast ( I'm onsite with a customer and it was the best I could find in their cafeteria.
4 egg whites scrambled w Sriracha, 1 c steel cut oats and banana.
You guys all win in better breakfasts!!
 
Breakfast
●2 scoops of protein shake (non walmart brand...lol)
●1 1/2 cup of oatmeal (turned into powder via nutribullet)
●2 Tablespoons of peanut butter
10-12 oz of whole milk

Blended perfectly into a shake.

Lunch
5 piece of fried catfish
6 oz of grilled onions & green bell peppers
Water

XXL Shirt fitting really tight in the chest & shoulders right now....
