Really minus the sausage i eat that same breakfast everyday. I got down To 12 % body from about 25-30% fat (7% according to dexa) with that breakfast implemented in my diet.. I take a stain when blasting but before I started gear a year ago I ran 2-3 miles 6 days a week si my cardiac health was in good shape when I started... primo and anvar are hard on mine but I have ran some pretty high doses of multiple compounds and xinsideri g my health markers did pretty good in conjunction.. I am having hernia surgery for 2 hernias a week from tommarrow so while I'm off work for recovery I'm going to try and get checked out thoroughly. Echo cardiogram, lung scan, kidneys, liver. I will have paid max out of pocket on my ins. So gonna use it. The only thing that kinda concerns me is my kidneys may have a little damage, most likely from decades of heavy drug use. My Cystatin-c was right at the red all year but didn't really move up from that baseline though..@Dirthand
Around here we call that breakfast a triple bypass, 3 eggs, 3 sausage patties, 3 slices of ham, and 3 strips of bacon on a hero with plenty of American cheese, My favorite breakfast! Fortunately genetics keep my cholesterols always in healthy levels no matter what I do to destroy that, I just take my protein on the side. Either a shake with peanut butter and strawberrys or as pudding with snack packs mixed in. Delicious at 5am!

In different phases of my life, workouts, stress levels, etc, breakfast has both hindered and helped me. I recall when McDonald's had introduced I think it was bagel sandwiches for breakfast. One choice was a steak and whatever, after a solid week of daily steak McDonald's breakfast I put on about 5lbs of water and fat. But now, a triple bypass actually helps me increase my metabolism and cut down a lot, crazy how variable humans can be even within themselves. Anyhow, GL with your surgery, a former co-worker of mine had it and fully recovered after some time, even though he is upper 50s and eats horribly, prefers Dunkin to delis and Subway also. I'm trying to cruise for 2.5 to 3 months at 200 test 150 primo, get some cardio inand hit it hard again this year and then will easy after that... we shall see..
