What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

400g rice, 300g chicken breast. Used Chin-Su and a little franks because I want to cut back on sodium and can handle the extra sugar right now. Chin-su is like a better version of sriracha in my humble opinion.

I gota disagree, i love sriracha. I put can put it on almost anything.
 
dont got a picture but spamming Medjool dates is an amazing carb source, you can eat them on its own or put them in your shakes and it tastes like caramel, back i used to lose my whole appetite randomly from getting sick, for some reason i was able to eat a lot of these (like 10-20 of them) and it would be enough to give me enough energy to get through my day.

When i was sick and lost 50 pounds i coukd stomach nothing, not even any kind of shake not even liquids id have to go in for iv’s

i went to the cafe and had my usual 2 over easy eggs/1 sunnyside up , hashbrowns, 2 pieces of bacon and today a pancake, i Always forget to snap a picture, i will tomarrow, i go to this cafe 4 times a week , for breakfast , same meal minus the pancake, thats once in awhile, otherwise its 1 piece of "dry" wheat toast,,

Not bad calories 550, but i almost never have under 35g p in 1 meal unless its a shake but then its under 250 cal, but shakes are my last resort.

U always post ur dinner meals, im surprised u haven’t lately, you are always super consistent with your meals. Im going to have to tighten up and do the same if i wana reach my goals by summer.
