Yes sir, I use it as a topping and drizzle it over my potatoes. Ads additional good fats to the meal.

Well, damn yall make me feel broke all I eat is as follows
24- raw fertilized eggs from my hens
Milk that I trade with my neighbor he gets fresh eggs I get fresh milk
and Lamb meat which I also get from a neighbor after I help him kill the lamb and butcher it. We do this every month.
I really don't pay for much food but I really don't have a big variety of food.
