lol I went over board with the Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce but oh well it was awesome and as you can see I made enough for lunch tommorrow too.

Been killin the carb cycling game recently. Trying to drop the bf%. Vince Gironda's steak and eggs to be exact. Mon-Sat is 2500cals of ground beef and eggs, Sun is pancakes, chicken breast and a large pizza. lol Sunday is my deadlift day

I did the Vince Gironda's steak and eggs diet last year , dropped 15lbs in 6 weeks . Not sure its that great for you long term , but short term it works safe enough although theres a strength loss . I still craved carbs & sugar during the diet so I threw in carb up days after 4 weeks of keto dieting , one/wk to start but 2/wk later on . Finally I cycled carbs 3 times a week and looked my best.

Yeah Gironda says its a requirement to have one carb up day per week. I threw it in on my most intense workout day. I feel like I have enough fat that only 1 per week is needed. what were you eating on cheat days? Brown rice and potatoes? or Ice cream and oreos?
Both . I would do slow carbs sometimes and fast carbs sometimes ; I had epic cheat days , like the boys know here I would drive 100 miles roundtrip every Saturday (cheat day) just to go to Sonic drive-in and splurge out . Or I would have bowls of oatmeal with honey .

Maple syrup didn't stick to the drumsticks so well, just added some sweetness. Oh yeah, I threw in a few tablespoons of olive oil for good measure.

Today was grocery day and I did get some beef,eggs,chicken and the guy even threw in a few beautiful sausages lol
And everything comes from an awesome farm..talk about good stuff and cheaper than all the supermarket out there.
